Yes! I broke my own record today! 2.2 km in 16 minutes.
Guess it would have been 15 minutes if my shoelace was not untied. So after walking about 1 km, I tried another 2.2 km run. Finished it, but got back to 17 minutes. Not bad, because I am not exhausted like before.
I kept in mind what I learned yesterday about "being relaxed and in the moment".
